The Village of Hainesville is soliciting sealed bids from landscaping contractors for two projects.
Sealed bids for these contracts must be received before 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 7th, 2026, at the Hainesville Village Hall, 100 N. Hainesville Road, Hainesville, Illinois 60030, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Copies of the bidding documents, including contract provisions and project drawings and specifications, may be examined at the Hainesville Village Hall. Bid packets may be obtained from the Village of Hainesville, 100 N Hainesville Road, Hainesville, IL 60030 or online at www.hainesville.org. Contact Christina Reiser at villageclerk@hainesville.org with questions. It is the responsibility of the bidder to meet all requirements of the bid documents.
Only bids submitted in compliance with this Bid Package will be considered. The Village of Hainesville reserves the right to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder most favorable to the Village, as determined by the Village, in its sole discretion. The Village also reserves the right to reject any bid or part of a bid that does not conform to the bidding requirements or to modify or waive all formalities and technicalities in a bid, or to reject all bids, in the Village’s sole discretion.
